An independent view, at the top.
Business, shareholder, wealth and family advisory, built on trusted relationships, private mandates and continuing follow-through.
The higher the seat, the fewer honest conversations.
Every owner and chief executive reaches the point where information arrives filtered and the interests around the table are rarely neutral. The most consequential decisions become the hardest to test openly.
The Private Office exists so that those decisions are tested before they become commitments — with a counterpart who has carried a P&L and sat on both sides of the board table.
Direct, continuing, confidential.
-
01
Direct relationship
Conducted personally by João Oliveira with the owner, the CEO or the board.
-
02
Independence
Any potential conflict of interest is disclosed before a mandate begins. Remuneration comes from the client alone.
-
03
Confidentiality
Strict, at every stage, including the first meeting.
-
04
Selection
The number of continuing relationships is deliberately limited.
One Principal Advisor. The right specialists, when they are needed.
A light structure: external specialists are brought in according to the mandate, with responsibilities defined from the outset.
Clear boundaries.
The Private Office advises and coordinates. Private banks, investment managers, lawyers, tax advisers and insurance brokers are brought in when needed, and each carries out the activities reserved to it by law. Where execution of capital operations or transactions is needed, it is handled under a separate mandate, with its own contract, remuneration and treatment of conflicts of interest.
A decision you cannot delegate deserves a counterpart you can speak to freely.
Every relationship begins with a private meeting.
